“Children have been killed. Children have been wounded. And children are being profoundly traumatized by the violence all around them. We must protect all children in Ukraine. Now. They need peace.”
— UNICEF Executive Director Catherine M. Russell
In recognition of Women’s History Month, and in celebration of the contributions
women photographers make to the visual arts, we are pleased to present the
catalog, WOMEN VIEW, photography by 13 gallery artists.
The work ranges in subject matter and photographic processes. Subject matter
includes still lifes, botanicals, people and landscapes. The processes include archival
pigment prints, silver gelatin prints and images created without the use of a camera.
Additionally, these women are participating in an initiative to help the children of
Ukraine by donating 20% of any sales to the Unicef emergency response to support
Ukraine’s children.
